Hello!
A home purchase or sale is one of the largest financial and emotional decisions most people make.
This life change involves delicate negotiations, subtle financing alternatives and specialized due diligence. I take pride in providing the personal touch and support to give you confidence in finding the right home or in selling your existing home.
I have been a REALTOR® for 14 years. I have acquired an advantageous combination of experience, knowledge and skills.
My accounting background and my business experience make me uniquely qualified to advise you through the intricacies of a transaction. Please search my site for lots of resources and to find out more about me, or drop me a line! I'd love to get to know you, and be a resource for taking the next steps in your realestate journey!
The following are some important questions to take into consideration when choosing a REALTOR®.
- How long have you
been working in this particular area?
I have lived and worked in Philadelphia and on the Main Line all
my life. I grew up in West Mt. Airy in Northwest Philadelphia and later settled
in Lower Merion and currently reside in Overbrook Farms (near St. Joseph’s
University). As a resident, I have a great appreciation for the area; there are
so many unique neighborhoods and towns with a diversity of people,
architecture, amenities and parks. The area is also culturally rich with great
theatre, music, restaurants and museums. I have spent much of my life walking
and horseback riding trails in Fairmount Park, Lower Merion Conservancy, Radnor
Township, and the Willistown Conservancy.
- How long have
you been a real estate professional? Do you work full or part time?
I attended Temple University’s FOX School of Business and
Management and received a BBA in Accounting. Prior to changing paths to pursue
a long time fascination with real estate, I had a successful career as a
certified public and private accountant. I have now been a practicing REALTOR®
full time for 14 years. Not only am I a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist),
a CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert), an ABR® (Accredited
Buyers Representative), a certified e-PRO® (a social media and technology
pro) but I am also a multi-year Five Star Professional Real Estate award
winner.
- What type of
homes do you usually handle?
My real estate practice covers residential homes and
residential investment properties in Philadelphia and the surrounding
counties with a focus on Northwest Philadelphia (Chestnut Hill, Mount
Airy, Germantown, East Falls, Roxborough and Manayunk), and the Main Line
(Merion, Narberth, Bala Cynwyd, Ardmore, Wynnewood, Haverford, Bryn Mawr,
Rosemont, Gladwyne).
- How much of your
business comes from repeat customers or referrals?
According to my 14 year sales history, 42.7% of my transactions
have been referral based.
- How many homes
did you sell last year?
My average number of transactions per year is 15.75, while
the average number of transactions per agent (industry wide) per year is 8.4
(as calculated by RE/MAX based on 2014 REAL Trends 500 data, citing 2013
transaction sides for the 1,451 largest participating U.S. brokerages.
Prudential, Berkshire and Real Living do not include HomeServices of America).
- How often can
you expect to be updated, regardless of any progress?
I customize the frequency of updates based on my clients’
preferences. Additionally, I am always available by phone, text, or email, as
most of my clients prefer a high touch relationship. My physical office is
located in Bryn Mawr, but as with most realtors I am a mobile office. I'm happy
to meet with you at your home, your place of business or even your local cafe
if you prefer :)
